I have nothing but great things to say about Allison! I found myself working at a job that I didn’t enjoy with people who were treating me poorly. I started applying to jobs on Indeed, and I came across one position that was listed through Nease Personnel. Though I didn’t know who the employer was, and I had never heard of Nease Personnel before, I took a chance and applied for the job. A few days later, Allison called me and asked if I was still interested in the job. I told her I was and gave her some more background information about myself and my work experience. The position that I applied for wasn’t exactly what I was looking for, but it was in the right field and I was happy with that. When we were talking about the job, Allison paused for a moment and then asked me if there were any other positions that I might be interested in. I told her that my dream job would be an office manager of a law firm or HR. She told me she had the perfect job for me and it would be with the same law firm. She set me up with an interview within a week! I ended up getting the job and I absolutely love it. I am now the office manager and HR specialist at a very well known law firm in the area. I could not have done it without Allison or Nease Personnel. Allison still checks in with me every once in a while to see how I’m doing and makes sure I’m still liking the job.
