So, how does it actually work? Think of us as matchmakers for the professional world! Here is a peek behind the curtain: It all starts when one of our valued client companies reaches out to us. They have a specific need – maybe they are looking for a skilled administrative assistant, a detail-oriented accountant, or a hardworking production associate. They provide us with a detailed description of the job duties, the skills and experience they are looking for, and the kind of person who would thrive in their environment.
Once we have that information, our team gets to work! We dive into our database of talented candidates (that is where you come in!). We also post the open position right here on our website, www.neasepersonnel.com, so keep an eye on our job board!
Based on the criteria our client has given us, our awesome staffing coordinators start reviewing applications and reaching out to candidates whose backgrounds and skill sets seem like a strong match. This is where those initial phone calls and screening interviews come in. We want to learn more about your experience, your strengths, and what you are looking for in your next role.
After these initial conversations, if we feel you could be a great fit for the position, we will forward your resume to the hiring manager at our client company. They then review the candidates we have presented and select individuals they would like to meet for a more in-depth interview.
This is usually where you will have the chance to shine in a face-to-face interview with our client. While most of our clients prefer this personal connection, some do utilize platforms like Webex or Zoom for interviews, so be prepared for either!
Once the interviews are complete, the client makes their hiring decision. If you are the lucky candidate, they’ll extend a job offer! Before you officially start, we will conduct standard pre-employment checks, including a background check and drug screening. With successful results in hand, we will work with you and the client to nail down a start date, and just like that, you are ready to begin your new assignment!
