Criminal background and reference checks are mandatory. We also offer drug screens, credit checks, and academic verification of employees.
All our employees are screened during our mandatory one-on-one interview process. You will never meet an employee we haven’t met face-to-face!
We conduct on-site skills assessments including a variety of software packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel. We can coordinate employee specialty testing for aptitude and personality, as well as specific fields of testing such as medical terminology and accounting.
Our Coordinators make regular quality control checks as part of our partnership in order to assure top performance of employees.
Our interviewing facilities are available for your use during the hiring process to maintain confidentiality and streamline interviews.
As an added benefit our staff makes all offers of employment and conducts any terminations after consultation with the appropriate decision maker of your company.
