Elect
To Hire Staffing - Elect to hire staffing is targeted
to businesses that
may be looking for someone who can become a direct part of their staff.
Based on your needs, we provide a
choice of applicants for you to interview and then employ on a temporary
basis. After completing the designated hours
with your company, a Nease Personnel employee can transition to your company
at no additional cost.
Supplemental
Staffing - Supplemental
or temporary staffing is provided for businesses that may need an employee
for a short amount of time or specific assignment. Supplemental employees
may also be used to fill in for your employees out due to sickness, maternity
leave or vacation.
Direct
Hire - Our direct hire program provides you with qualified
candidates
for permanent positions. Usually these positions are not entry level,
and candidates may currently be employed
or not willing to work on a temporary
basis. Our direct hire option saves on
the costs of advertising, recruiting and screening candidates. There is
a
one-time fee for services based on the
first year’s salary and comes with a 90
day guarantee.
Recruiting
/ Screening - We offer services such as drug screening,
credit checks, criminal background
checks and computer assessments. Nease offers recruiting, testing, and
screening for specific projects or as an extension of a company’s
Human Resources Department.
Payrolling
Services - Nease Personnel payrolling services are available
to assist your business with the administrative
side of employment. All paychecks,
workers compensation, unemployment, FICA, W2’s, etc are handled
by Nease Personnel.
