Below
please find several frequently asked questions about our services and
how our recruiting process works.
Does
Nease Personnel help find me a job?
No. Nease Personnel works for employers who are looking to find top-notch
employees. This is why there is never a fee to applicants. If, however,
your experience matches to what our clients are looking for, we can
consider you for the position.
Can
I walk in at any time to drop off my resume or fill out an application?
Our office works by appointment only! We screen resumes based on our
current open positions. Once your resume is received it will be reviewed
within 24 hours. If your interest and experience matches one of our
job openings we will contact you to set up a time to register and interview
with one of our coordinators. Submit your resumes via EMAIL, no hard
copies please!
Why
can't I drop off a hard copy of a resume?
In order for us to successfully upload your resume into our database,
we need must import your resume via email. Our database scans through
keywords in your resume when it is imported, enabling us to fine tune
our search for our employers specific needs.
How
and Where do I submit my resume?
Send your resume via email to: resume@neasepersonnel.com.
Do
I need to send my resume every time I see a new job posted on the website?
No. Please send us only ONE copy of your resume. Our goal is to find
the best possible match for the companies we work with. If you have
the experience they are looking for, we will be in touch ASAP!
I’ve
emailed my resume - do I need to call Nease Personnel to make sure it
was received?
The first thing to do is check your email inbox (It is always a good
idea to check your SPAM folder too!). If you have sent your resume to
us you will receive an automatic response letting you know that your
resume was received and that it is being reviewed. This will be sent
straight to your inbox. That way, you know that your resume is being
reviewed. If you did not receive a response, we did not get your resume!
Please re-send it to us!
I
have received the automatic response - now what?
It usually takes 24 hours for us to review your resume. If it looks
like your experience matches what our clients are looking for, you will
receive a phone call or an email from our office asking you to set up
a time to come in and register/interview with one of our coordinators.
(Be sure to check your email/voicemail frequently!)
If your
experience does not match with the positions that we have at the moment,
we will keep your resume on file and we will contact you once we have
a position in which the qualifications match with your experience.
I
am looking for a job and I was registered with Nease Personnel in the
past, but my job history has changed. Do I still need to send a resume?
Yes! We would love to update your contact information and experience.
I
came in and filled out an application and did a pre-interview with one
of Nease Personnel's staffing coordinators. Do I need to check in on
the status of my application?
We value your time and we don't require that our applicants check in
with us. We cannot guarantee every applicant who we meet with a job,
but if you meet the criteria that our clients are looking for, we will
send your resume to them for review. It is not up to us who gets hired
or who is granted an interview - that is up to our clients. Once our
client is interested in meeting with you, we will contact you RIGHT
AWAY!
Do
I need to contact Nease Personnel if I have registered with them but
end up finding a job elsewhere?
YES! Please email us or call us to let us know.
What
if I have a change to my contact information?
Whether you are an applicant with Nease or an employee it is important
that you always provide the most up to date contact information. Please
call our office or send us an email so that we can update your information.
What
if I have a criminal record?
Nease Personnel cannot employ anyone that has a misdemeanor that is
LESS THAN 5 years old or a felony that is LESS THAN 10 years old.
