The National
Association of Personnel Services (NAPS)
has established two accreditation programs
to recognize employees within the industry
who have earned professional certifications.
The Certified
Personnel Consultant (CPC) and
Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist
(CTS)
designations have been established
to highlight those in the industry who have
been tested in meaningful standards of knowledge,
including business operations, business
ethics and employment laws.
Certified individuals must pass a written
examination as well as earn the required
continuing education credits of NAPS approved
material or training. Individuals must have
a minimum of 2 years of industry experince
prior to testing. Certified individuals
agree to uphold the
NAPS Standard of Ethical Practices and Code
of Ethics .
Working with a CPC or CTS means you are
dealing with someone who has a thorough
understanding of the laws governing hiring
practices, well-rounded experience, and
commitment to the industry through continuing
education and an oath to uphold the ethical
standards of NAPS. For more information,

As well, the American Staffing Association
has established an Individual Certification
Program which our staff participates. The
Certified
Staffing Professional™
(CSP) program enhances the competency
and knowledge of labor and employment law
of any professional who interacts with candidates,
employees, and clients. Certified individuals
agree to upfold the ASA
Code of Ethics.
