Financial Deposit Specialist **New Listing**
Full time position! Will be responsible for balancing general
ledger accounts, processing all invoices and accounts payable along with
issuing checks weekly. Other duties will include printing daily notices
and statements, analyzing data from audits to improve efficiency and to
ensure compliance with various regulatory requirements. Strong computer
skills are MANDATORY. Associates Degree in Finance or previous accounting/bookkeeping
experience needed! Ideal candidates will have at least two years experience
in Deposit Operations at a financial institution.

PART TIME ADMIN **New Listing**
New office needs experienced admin to answer phones, file,
set appointments, unpack boxes, deposit checks,etc. Quickbooks knowledge
preferred. 10 -20 hours per week. NOT entry level.
